1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Three Sisters Hotel website (tca.ee) and any bookings made through it. By using this website or making a reservation, you agree to these terms. The Three Sisters Hotel is located at Pikk 71, Tallinn, 10133, Estonia.

2. Reservations and Booking

All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from the hotel or our booking system. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Standard check-in time: 15:00 (3:00 PM)
• Standard check-out time: 12:00 (12:00 PM)
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and applicable charges.
• Self check-in is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate type booked. The specific cancellation policy applicable to your reservation will be clearly stated at the time of booking. In general:

• Flexible rates: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
• Non-refundable rates: No refund in case of cancellation or no-show.
• Special offer rates: Cancellation terms are stated at the time of booking.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our booking partner, Cloudbeds. We accept major credit and debit cards. A valid credit card may be required to guarantee your reservation. The hotel is not responsible for any charges imposed by your card issuer.

6. Hotel Rules

• The hotel is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Guests are expected to respect other guests and hotel staff at all times.
• The hotel reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund if they breach hotel rules or behave in a manner that disturbs other guests.

7. Liability

The Three Sisters Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Guests are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of The Three Sisters Hotel and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction or use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
